To be honest i cannot remember why i visited the bank,it could have been about my debit card that someone had accessed but everytime i have been inside the staff have always been pleasent.

Good branch. Well done Halifax for staying open in Horsforth. Barclays, Virgin and Santander closed. Nice to see Halifax puts customers first.

Staff usually very helpful. Andy is good and knows the customers well. Problem is opening times. I work Monday-Friday so can never go anymore unless I?m on annual leave. When I asked why the branch shut on Saturday I was told that it wasn?t busy! It used to have a queue out of the door. Why not shut one day in the week and open on Saturdays so people can use the branch?!

My Experience At Spring Wood Lodge is This , it?s The Best Hospital I?ve Ever Been Admitted In ,The Staff And Piers Are Extremely Nice it?s Like A Family Unit We All Support Each Other , But l Still Get Depressed And Suicidal And Have Tendencies To End My Life , I?m Not Sure When To End My Life But l Wouldn?t Leave A Suicide Note I?d Just End it Apart From This Spring Wood Lodge is A Beautiful Place No Other Hospital Could Take it?s Place .
