I have been working for Elmar just over 3yrs.Soorab/Tooba are really nice down to earth employers,always there to help their staff in every way their can.couldnt ask for better employers.

3 stars overallThe communication / organisation at the company leaves a lot to be desired ignored messages denying phone calls taken place. However this now seams to have been sorted by Nicola for me and I hope going forward these issues have been sortedThe care we have received from our carer Marta has been amazing I?d give 10 stars if I could . She?s professional kind caring . My mum with Dementia looks forward to her visits every day . We helps with tidying up makes her delicious breakfasts treats my mum like a queen. Always professional and has made my life 1000 x easier . She really is an asset to this company. She has great knowledge of dementia and always try?s to engage mum in memory games.

I only worked for elmar for 7 months I had to stop I had car accident and I could not do with driving all over but the company was so understanding about this all I can say is the staffare so Welcoming and the manager and the owner are so Welcoming has well and Supportive lovely company to work for

When my husband, Roger was discharged from hospital , been a terminal ill patient, a home care and nursing agency service was provided to look after him, 4 times a day and this was Elmar Home Care Ltd - Horsforth. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to home care people who came to look after him, extremely dedicated people, reliable , very friendly and carrying , people who saw Roger not like a '' client'' or '' patient'' but more like a human being . For me home care people from Elmar Home Care Ltd - Horsforth were like ''life buoy'' always here to support me ( being on my own looking after my husband and working in the same time ) I strongly recommend this agency for families who are in the same situation like me

Really dissapointed in some terrible service received today. My uncle missed his sisters funeral when his carers didn't arrive to take him. This was booked many weeks in advance and had we known we'd have made better arrangements. The office staff were rude, arrogant and unhelpful when contacted. Absolutely heartbreaking for him and the family. Disgraceful. No Appologies received.

Avoid this company if you value your mental health.Racist culture, management taking sides .As a driver, I was told it's my job to drop my colleagues at home after work, never heard of that, they tried to impose it on me, due to my refusal, I became the subject of hate and bullying.They still owe me till date , I left with my mental health intact.I repeat, avoid this company! Horrible management. Colleagues, especially the ones you are paired with are only nice if you drop them at home after work.
