Ordered a chicken burger tonight. 1st one came and it was pink I rang and they sent another within 10 minutes I cut the 2nd burger up and again still pink! I rang to complain and ask for them to take it back they ended up putting phone down on me and my partner. I then rang again and asked them to come pick the burger up and do something about it as I am 16 weeks pregnant. They didn't care and said they'd get a manager to ring back I've just rang off my phone my partners and my mothers and the phone got put down on us every time we asked to speak to manager. DO NOT EAT HERE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! I WILL be going to trading standers about it.

Told them not to put mayo in the chicken burger as my daughter is allergic...got delivered a burger with mayo..called them and said what has happened they said they would send another burger, waited and got nothing!!! Don't lie to your customers!!! Definitely has lost a regular customer!!!

States open until 12 on google - just turned up and it's shut after 11. Change your opening times online if you aren't going to serve food.

Terrible service, spent £17 on chicken and chips and it all came cold and not edible, called them up and they apologised and said that they would be sending some fresh chicken out and we waited for half an hour and nothing arrived, then I called them and he said that he can't send nothing iut as they forgot about it and they are busy and closing up soon and we can order again and it will be on the house! I won't be ordering again and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I enjoy Dixy Chicken, but lately their standards have dropped. I paid extra for combo box, but only got the budget box. Has happend a few times now. They sometimes forget to include the drink.
