Just been to Card Factory on Town Street for some birthday bits and was instantly greeted by Ben and asked if he could help. Within 5 minutes i had a balloon, sash and tiara without having to wander around looking. He was really helpful, pleasant and polite. Thanks Ben i will def be back.

Didn't have the stock. Then when I asked for a bag the girl serving me told me she could put my purchases in the gift bag I was purchasing (so it would look used by the time I actually wanted to use it for a gift) and told me "you can carry the boxes" (I had purchased two boxes) not great customer service.
