For my son's birthday, we booked a table on Saturday night. Thirty minutes late to get us seated then my daughter's lemonade came and it was just fizzy water.
Other tables were being served first and far too few servers. After another 30 minutes with no order taken we left.
Absolutely terrible and we won't be back.

We pre booked a few weeks previous for my daughter?s 16th birthday for 19 people. Due to the party number they requested us to pre order food - not a problem. I took the orders from all party members down a week before.
Booked for 6pm on the night, a drinks order was taken and drinks had to be chased due to some missing. 45 minutes after we sat down a waitress came out with menus, oblivious to the fact we had already pre ordered - plus 45 minutes after?! How had nobody come and confirmed the food order until then???
3 separate conversations with the manager who was vague and making the times up in his head the food arrived at 7.20pm!! 3 of the meals were the most expensive steak on the menu (£35 each) and all were massively overcooked. We complained, the manager (Serkan) came over and started arguing that it?s our fault because the party was too large (don?t take the reservation) and some of our party went to the wrong capri (honest mistake but still came and hadn?t delayed us by much).
After arguing and talking over us he offered to cook fillet steaks to medium rare and it would take 4 minutes. We begrudgingly agreed, and surprise surprise, 15 minutes later no steaks arrived. The rest of our group had eaten, some had even left due to small children and 3 of us had just sat starving on the end of the table.
No apology from Serkan, continually arguing how it?s our fault despite taking the booking and having our pre order somehow it still takes over an hour to serve our table.
My daughter left disappointed and upset, had no birthday dessert or celebrations. Won?t ever be going back again

Went for a family meal, waited 30 mins to order. I had to call the waitress over to order & then waited 20 mins for starters. We waited another 45 minutes for our mains. 4 fillet steaks was ordered 3 medium rare, 1 rare. 3 came out cold and 1 medium rare was more like blue.
This one was given back and asked for a fresh one cooked medium rare. The same piece was brought back out with the same mushroom & tomato
This was then sent back along with the other 2 and asked to be taken off the bill.
Food we didn?t order was sent out and some food we did order came out wrong.
Manager was quite argumentative when the issue was raised with him and we was given 3 pepperoni pizza?s to compensate.
Our bill came to £225 this was without the steaks & without drinks
Considering the amount of money being spent I expected a better service
We have been previously and found it to be ok but unfortunately we will not be returning.

Took 30 minutes to be seated, 3 of us ordered steak fillets medium rare all of them came out blue! The same steak came back to me still raw.
Service was chaotic and food we didn't order came to the table, on top of this the manager decided to argue with me in the middle of the restaurant and told me I was wrong.
1st experience and will be my last there are much better restaurants in the area.

We booked here on Saturday night for 7:30pm, we arrived and couldn't be seated straight away, this usually isn't a problem but I'm not happy that we had to wait until 8 to be seated especially since I had to eventually ask if our table was ready and I don't think we would have got it if I hadn't. The food was ok but nothing really special. The service was just chaotic though, we had to ask if we could order, for the bill, extra drinks and to eventually pay. Nothing was offered to us at all!
Also they had a singer on who simply loved his own voice and thankfully we were leaving but he even had the nerve to turn the volume up on the speakers, which was ridiculous as we could already hear him clearly and could barely hear each other at our table.
I'd give this a miss in the future and would recommend you do the same, especially if you're just wanting a nice family night out.

Large group dined here for a birthday but I ended up walking out before mains were served. We had our babies with us and had to leave as had got silly waiting for food for nearly 2 hours. The starters we did get to try were nice and it looked like the food everyone else was having was great but the service was dreadful. No acknowledgment of how long it was taking to serve our party and an expectation it seemed that we?d be happy to wait all night. You expect a longer wait with a larger group but the fact that it wasn?t acknowledged or any attempt made to offer any kind of explanation or an estimate of how long the food would be just shoved in a corner and forgotten about. No one took drinks orders either we had to keep going to the bar.
