Ordered a fillet steak medium rare - it was absolutely raw in the middle. I told the waitress and she offered a replacement, but the raw meat had made me feel funny. The waitress apologised and said I could have a complimentary drink. I thanked her and had a pinot.
At the end of the meal we had a different waitress who was rude and said I couldn't have a free drink because my meal was free so I had to pay for the "complimentary" wine. When I explained regarding the meal issue she just said aid very shortly "your food is free so you don't get a free drink too".
Of course the meal should be comped- it was raw and I couldn't eat it.
Very disappointing and it seems to have gone downhill since my last visit.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Terrible customer service from the manager. When questioning the bill and a genuine mistake she was passive aggressive and rude. She talked over us constantly. The pricing is ridiculous and over inflated. The food not worth the price. Over cooked and dry.
The fact this place has a sign in the toilets saying ?do not do or deal drugs? says it all about this establishment and management.
AVOID.

Great Bistro. Delicious food, good bar, efficient friendly staff. We had food from the festive menu and will definitely return to try more of the food.

As a group of four, I was the only one not happy with the food. I went for Thai red curry, and this was really dull. The so called sticky rice was glued together, and the remaining food was borderline tasteless. The major disappointment was following a member of staff out of the toilets, who didn't wash his hands, gross, and then went into the kitchen.
????? Really.

Dined here few times food excellent. Last time more tables in I understand to get more customers in but did spoil the atmosphere a bit .

I have had many bottomless brunches, and this was the best so far. There was a good choice of food, also for the vegetarian in the group, good selection of cocktails and great service. There was a DJ, and good atmosphere. Will definitely go again. Reasonably priced.

Been here loads but recently forthe abba brunch. Lovely staff kept the drinks flowing, we were never sat waiting like some places which is great and they came round 5 mins before brunch was ending to make sure we had a last drink. The food portion are great too
