Staff member was very rude, unwilling to help and would rather throw things away than sell them. It is like she goes out of her way to stop you buying thing. It's a great charity but the shop would thrive with better service. I won't be going in again.

Had a visit from Age UK to help fill out the form for a Blue badge. The lady who came was very efficient, professional and friendly. The next day we had an email confirming that it had been approved. EExcellent customer service
