Haleema has been a fantastic help with my prescription. I have recently started on Mounjaro and she has been very supportive and keeping me well informed of the treatment. A couple of days ago I found myself needing some additional prescription meds as I?m staying with family longer than envisaged. All the staff went over and above in sorting my requirements with both speed and courteously and Nav as my principle point of contact was super. Well done all it?s so nice to see excellent service still has a place?

I visited Meltham Pharmacy today and had a great experience. The staff member Naveed took my blood pressure and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly and professional, making the process smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend him to others!

I visited the pharmacy yesterday with an insect bite from holiday has become irritated and possibly infected. I thought I might need to see my GP but dropped in as I was passing by. The pharmacist, Haleema, saw me right away and agreed that I needed medication. I was so pleased and surprised that she was able to prescribe me with the antibiotics on the spot I needed rather than me having to take time off work to see my GP. The service was quick and professional and I appreciated it massively.
