Rubbish!!!! Waited nearly an hour, called and told driver had knocked on door (I'm sat next to door) then told they called my mobile but the number was nothing like my number. No wonder they barely rate a three!!! Now ordered from da Vinci's, hopefully they won't let me down as now v.hungry!!!!!!! Update-- no refund received either!!!

Well I ordered the £19.99 deal with 1 medium pizza, 1 side and 1 dessert. Well I am very disappointed as the ham dough balls are not cooked properly as the dough is very soft. Will not be ordering these again as put me off them.

Absolutely Horrendous Customer Service!! Ordered on Christmas Eve 3 pizzas one which clearly stated no cheese. Received 3 pizzas all with cheese and the manager couldn?t care less that the incorrect pizza had been delivered!! Awful customer service and Christmas Eve ruined for the family!!!

Lied too twice about missed item being on its way. Never came. Not refunded either. Explained my Autistic son was sat waiting for missing item the first time I called and second time I called it was made clear I was lied too the first call and now three hours later. Still no item or refund. Disgusting behaviour. Just be honest.

Rubbish. We were in the area for one night so decided to treat ourselves to a pizza and some chips. £15.99 for a plain cheese pizza and £4 for a box of a few chips. Staff didn?t seem bothered or knew what they were doing. Our order showed as ?complete? on the screen so we waited to be called over to the counter to collect. We ended up having to ask for it over 5 minutes later (our order was sat in the back) and by the time we walked the short distance back to our camper van, it was cold. Chips were rubbish but the pizza was okay. Won?t bother with Dominoes again, overpriced rubbish. Lidl own pizzas are better.
