Don't go here!!! They have no customer service whatsoever and they don't abide UK law and standards!I had shellac infills at 25 - looked fine as I left, so I thought they were ok, as I got home they started wrinkling as if they weren't dry!I called them.up.the next day, politely told the girl, she never apologized, I felt like it was my fault the way she spoke! She asked me to come back, so I did!!!As they were doing them, I was afraid this would happen again - wrinkling - so I asked if I could change to chrome!! They said ok,.but you need to pay extra, I said ok and was Happy to pay extra!!! They said an extra 15 - this means the total price would be 40!!! I then asked how much does chrome cost normally, they said 37 , I said well £25 and £15 doesn't make£37. I know this is only 3 pounds but it's the principle!!! I then said it doesn't matter , I want my money back I'll.go. somewhere else, they refused and said I can't!!!!!!In their terms and conditions they state no refund when you leave and agree you're happy - but it says nothing about what about if you leave, and they become defected..!!! Instead - they wanted to charge more money and they made me feel uncomfortable like it was my fault!So angry - why do people get away with doing this - I would have been happy to pay the difference - but how cheeky to add more money onto the price!I left with no nails - and no money!!!!I would stay clear of these!!!

Filed my nails too much and now they are thin/brittle and fragile. Same thing was done for my sister on a different visit. Won?t be going here anymore.

I have my nails done every 4 week at angel, they are always so gentle with my nails wich hasn't been the case at other salons, they have amazing attention to detail and I leave there with the perfect set every time
