This is the worst chemist in the world. I've been going a while and not once have they been able to fulfil a prescription, it's always 'we don't have this item in, we'll have to order it' every time. Sick of it now and I've changed chemist's.

Asked for somebody to look over a rash I had and they did and helped me choose out which cream would be best for it.. Saved having to try with doctors. Polite but had to wait a little while before somebody was free but had lots of lovely products to browse which made the time pass. Thank you!!

The staff are lovely i have never had any problems with my prescription and I've been using this pharmacy for years now they are really helpful and kind good customer service.

Never had a problem until today. Drs had missed off a prescription. Which wasn't a problem as can easily be sorted but didn't expect to be chastised by the chemist because I'd not being taking my yellow inhaler daily. I kept saying it's fine, as I have brown and yellow inhalers so I've not been going without but she kept going on and on like I was naughty school girl. After she'd repeated her self for the fourth time I walked out as she wasn't going to let it go. Really upset me, bought myself a new rug and and an advent calender to cheer myself up ?. Spoke to a lovely lady at the doctor's who has since sorted out my asthma review out with out need to tell me off! My faith in human beings has been restored. Praise to the patron saint of chocolates and soft furnishings.

Just picked my prescription up and bought other products ,as I paid for my goods the bag was more or less thrown towards me so much as my items came out which I repacked myself , just felt there was no customer service and till girl was rude thinking of changing my chemist .

It's a real effort dealing with my local pharmacy. I put in a prescription request at least a week ago which was wasn't due when I went in until the 17th which was one day after my prescription run out! When I went in for another prescription on the 17th I asked if my prescription for my blood pressure was ready I was told it wouldn't be ready until the 18th because they have had to order it in. I would expect better customer service and maybe a smile now and again but one could hope!

Good chemist always friendly and have my script on time. Always come and open and close the door for me if I'm alone. Also make changes to my packaging of tablets so i can open them myself.
