Used the app to order, App is appalling to use one of worst user experiences ever! Then food is so far 25 mins later than the delivery window. Guy said they are busy but there is no one else here and they are not even answering their phone.

Ordered a Hawaiian deep pan which was really nice; however, it also came with mushrooms which had not been ordered.

The delivery person from Pizza Hut Heckmondwike his name khaqan Butt did an outstanding job. They arrived right on time, were polite and professional, and handled the pizza with care. The delivery was smooth, and they made sure everything was correct before leaving. Their excellent service made for a very positive experience. Very happy

Food is always hot and arrives in a decent amount of time. The staff and delivery driver are always very polite and if they need to discuss your order they always keep you informed etc.
We do get complimentary food from time to time too.
