“I normally never write reviews, however after reading the negative reviews for this pharmacy I was intrigued to share my own experiences. Since the pharmacy has changed ownership and the manager has come back there has been a massive improvement in the service. The service is quick and efficient. Before I enter the pharmacy the shop assistants recognise me and already have my prescription on hand, the pharmacists are always helpful and give advice . Overall the staff are all very welcoming friendly and helpful. I would say pharmacy wise is the best pharmacy in Heckmondwike.”

“Good chemist always friendly and have my script on time. Always come and open and close the door for me if I'm alone. Also make changes to my packaging of tablets so i can open them myself.”
