“Asked for somebody to look over a rash I had and they did and helped me choose out which cream would be best for it.. Saved having to try with doctors. Polite but had to wait a little while before somebody was free but had lots of lovely products to browse which made the time pass. Thank you!!”

“I normally never write reviews, however after reading the negative reviews for this pharmacy I was intrigued to share my own experiences. Since the pharmacy has changed ownership and the manager has come back there has been a massive improvement in the service. The service is quick and efficient. Before I enter the pharmacy the shop assistants recognise me and already have my prescription on hand, the pharmacists are always helpful and give advice . Overall the staff are all very welcoming friendly and helpful. I would say pharmacy wise is the best pharmacy in Heckmondwike.”

“Great shop and a lot on offer and the staff are good, but the only problem is how expensive everything is, if they need customs to step in then they really need to cut the costs ASAP”
