Morrisons is loosing it, unpolite staff when you can eventually find them and really dirty uniform's should not be serving food like that

The lady?s at tobacco counter are not very friendly. The way they talk to you as if they want you shop elsewhere.

It's an ok place to shop if you can get what you need. They never have what I need and that's why I shop elsewhere as I know I can get what I need at Asda so it's all down to preference.

Minus 1 star due to the fact the security guards they hire seem to treat you like a criminal even before you step through the door. I feel it's poor for the stores look when you are a regular customer and for me all i have to do is pick a basket up and they are there staring over at me like i have done wrong and then i often find myself being followed around by them, watched by them, even when there is others around me acting suspicious they always seem to follow me one esp and honestly I know they have a job but the alarms on the doors go off more times when they are walking around following me/looking at their phones/talking to customers... I have seen it a few times where one of them mainly is on his phone or messing with the cameras and the alarms sound somebody walking out and they don't even look up yet I and others walk in and pick a basket up and thats some how worth staring at us?
The store itself is doing better, cleaner now, there is the annoyance of staff re stocking shelves and leaving their large trolley things in the way and walking off meaning customers have to struggle moving them to get stuff they need from the side of them, but other than that it's going good again. There is more and more stock too, less empty shelves and good prices! I love the new more card scheme where you can search for a product and it tells you exactly where it saves trying to find a member staff (which sometimes is impossible)
Hopefully if morrisons see this they can talk to their security people and try make them more aware on not following obvious innocent people around and focus more on those running out the store with stolen things.

Cafe absolutely freezing food went cold instantly and drinks only lukewarm warm staff so very loud from kitchen area
