I placed an order last night which I paid for from my bank and my order got cancelled but I've to wait for my money to go back in to my bank I think it's disgusting how I've to wait for my money when it was through no fault of my own why my order got cancelled when I got to message customer service they said it's because a driver could not take it and they could not get another driver even though I got a message saying my delivery would be with me in 6 minutes

Every time I go to mc Donald's some how manage to mess up my order. Also chips are cold and soggy my chicken nuggets taste like the been out for a week not on need to train your staff better or make it easier to read simple orders off a screen .

Shocking my order came wrong , can't contact coz apparently no one answers the phone. I ordered 2 plain hamburgers and got this. Frigging joke git 8 nuggets not 9. People working here must be thick as owt how hard is it , what a joke! You needs to go back to school permanently!!!

Missing main item on one of the meals ordered through their app, tried to call, no answer. The app is useless it's a virtual Assistant which is off no use, all you get is it will raise it, so no way of getting the missing item or a refund.
Will never use McDonald's Heckmondwike again ?
