Always coughing right on the drinks. Like everytime i go. And they nevernlet the machine finish pouring. They just pull it away and its still dripping. I cant believe she stright coughed right into.my cup. Wth.

I?ve done a few click and collect orders here now, each time it?s got worse, I?ve had burnt food, under done food. It?s never been cooked correctly. The staff are polite and friendly but cannot cook any of the food correctly

Has the potential to be one of best greggs in the area, especially now that they're in a spacious, modern, newly renovated store. It's unfortunate then that the staff are poor. Mainly young adults who couldn't care less about the quality of the food that they are serving. I've had items that were underdone, burnt and just plain wrong, all while managing to be stone cold. Avoid this greggs, go to a different one if possible.

Gregs is Gregs !, in the last 12 months they are going down hill fast, item costs are rising at a terrific rate, but hardly any shop has a full display of actual warm food now, if there not carful they will loose

one star as staff was unfriendly and acted like a bunch of angry old women. Served my pastry cold and have asked if they could heat it up like my local Gregg's do for me. But they were blatantly rude and said NO!!! like i was out of my mind. later found out that the hot food is still in hot plate and they wait for the pastry and other food to finish, which isn't right. Last time at this greggs.
