Although the food is delicious and quick service I'm annoyed with being pestered to tip the driver, who is very friendly. I think a £2.99 delivery charge to less than a mile delivery is enough of a tip. Surely the driver gets this delivery charge? I've deleted the app because I refuse to be made cheep because I don't tip. Great service and informative app but STOP the tip your driver part of it and give your driver the delivery charge!!!!!

I use these 4-5 time a months so I ordered food and Order took 1 hour to arrive came freezing so I rung them up and got told I could have a refund but would take 3 days. or more pizzas would take 30-45 mins there was rude and just hung phone up I would not use ever again what a joke

I had a terrible experience with Domino?s Heckmonwike. I ordered a pizza that arrived with bacon on it, which I don?t eat. When I called to report the issue, the shift manager, Ali, admitted the mistake and offered to send a replacement pizza, asking me to return the contaminated one as a reference. However, when the replacement arrived, the driver, called the branch to confirm the issue, and I overheard the manager using abusive language, calling me ?greedy? and a ?bastard.? This disrespectful and unprofessional behavior was shocking and unacceptable. I immediately returned the replacement pizza, as I didn?t feel comfortable accepting service from them after such treatment. This experience was extremely disappointing and has completely destroyed my trust in this Domino?s branch.
