My journey started 8 months ago when I first met Jess to discuss implants.
From the very start I was made to feel at ease.
I subsequently met Nadeem and Angie who I have to say looked after me and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay.
Today my journey was over and I was overcome by the results.
Fantastic is all I can say and I would urge anyone thinking about implants to put their trust in Nadeem, Jess and Angie, who will be there for you every step of the way.

Had a family appointment with Usman today and would just like to say what a friendly, professional man he is .
He took the time to explain what he was doing and I had a scale and polish which hasn't been offered in many many years . What an asset to the practice and hopefully he will still be around for our next appointment.

The whole place is justa mistake. As soon as you have any interaction with reception staff you can see hear and feel they don't want to be there, have a major issue to speak to anyone politely untill you give them the attitude back and make them feel like they make you feel(like an idiot). They are rude, without any compassion especially towards little children. They seem like they have a bag of rocks on their shoulders & have to be there rather than want to be there so why not change your job? You can feel in the air they only care about money and nothing else. There is ONE, just ONE good dentist since we joined the practice. Thanks to the previous not experienced dentist who was rushing out on a Friday afternoon my 4 year old would end up without half of his teeth thanks to their pointless refferal... they have no sense of caring for patients. Been a customer at a few Bupa practices across Yorkshire for emergency reasons etc and this so far is the worst one - and there's nothing worse when you have a minor they need/should deal with. With the attitudes they have they should be nowhere near dentistry industry.

Checkup was routine. Advice and professionalism was notably good. Romana helped me understand more about dental health and Georgia did her bit to ensure Romana delivered her care within the times slot efficiently. Very Happy overall. Would recommend.

Just completed a course of cosmetic treatment to make my smile look better. I had 2 of my front teeth done. One porcelain veneer and one composite veneer. My stated aim was to match up the two teeth,either side of my front tooth implant, to the colour of the inplant. They now match the colour of the implant and the teeth to the left and right of the veneers respectively. This was very professionally done by Aalia Vania. I am delighted with the result.

Visited Bupa Dental Care in Heckmondwike for a Check up and an hygiene appointment the staff were understand, patient, polite & very professional. I would highly recommend, Jessica, Pui & Asmma they were amazing.

So I have a fear of dentists but came here today from the moment I walked in there made it so easy for me the staff was amazing from receptionist. Then Georgia helping with the filling out of forms then zara and uzman the dentist unbelievably caring and explained everything professionally. Me expecting to loose my tooth to uzman saying we will fix it and did im now pain free with still tooth in place...highly recommend This place.10 out of 10 on all levels ..thank you

Could not reccomend Arfa enough. She was patient, informative, happy, kind and so so lovely with our 4 year old daughter.
Her nurse was Ruby and she was just as nice.
This is so important as my daughter doesn't worry about coming to the dentist because everyone in this surgery have been lovely so far.
The receptionist that dealt with us is so nice every time too! (I'm just sorry I don't know her name!)
