I rated service 1 star because I waited 54 minutes for my food, they said that it was busy, it wasn't very busy at all! I rated food 2 stars because the burger buns were burnt and there were no onion rings, which I it said it came with on the menu. And I rated atmosphere 4 stars because they were playing good songs.

Warm welcome, nice ambiance, nice prices (£12 for pie, £14-16 for burgers) and fresh tasty food! Couldn't ask for more.

Came on Friday and Sat evenings, during Steampunk Festival. Staff and regulars were very friendly and welcoming. Very good live music on Saturday night, and very good locally brewed beers. Try the Branwell porter!

Great local pub in Haworth village.
We ate at lunchtime and the sandwiches were nice. Went back on the Friday night when Karaoke was on and the place was buzzing! A real community pub and we wish our local was more like this! Cheers!

Didn?t serve a group of 8 of 19-20 year olds because we all had drivers licenses and didn?t believe we could all drive. Wouldn?t recommend for young people which is a shame as Haworth is a good place for drinks on a weekend.

Having been previously once before, After the experience we just had we won?t ever be returning. The last time we came there was a little wait for food so we expected that but we were told 20 minutes for food.
After sitting for an hour and a half watching everyone else who arrived after us recieve our food and listening to the potty mouth chefs swearing and shouting, When we asked where our food was we were told a couple of minutes I?ll just check again.. To then be told they lost the food ticket so hadn?t even started it. By this point we were completely past it and asked for a refund, Shockingly enough they still charged us for the drinks that we didn?t even drink because we were saving them for when our food arrived.
There wasn?t much of an apology and by this point all the tables around us were adding in their disappointment at the service. Such a shame because it?s a great location and a cosy pub but there?s just no attentiveness from staff. To let a table sit for that length of time without using the initiative to check is poor management and there seemed to be a lot of issues in the kitchen.
