“After walking the Bronte Waterfall route on Bank Holiday Monday, which finished in Haworth, we quickly realised that finding a pub lunch in a very busy village was not an option. We had heard of The Old Silent Inn a couple of miles away and decided to give it a try, and as soon as we walked in to a cheery smile from the lady behind the bar we knew we had made a good decision. Three hungry walkers, we devoured a shared starter of mussels, scampi, steak and ale pie, and fish and chips washed down with refreshing drinks. Food and service were spot on, which rounded off nicely a great day out.”
