My partner was left absolutely distraught when dealing with Halo Hair Technicians and the way they delt with her verges on bullying. On booking, they failed to ask for a deposit or provide a cancellation policy (they don't have one clearly stated) and when my partner wanted to move her appointment with plenty of notice, they then demanded payment. When my partner declined and said that she only wants to move her appointment they then became very abusive, threatening to make her life and reputation difficult, and drag her name through the mud.I understand that they are a small business and that a cancelled appointment will cost them money. However, failing to take a deposit or having a cancellation policy is their fault. My partner gave them plenty of notice and only wanted to move the appointment, so to be treated like this has left us both shocked and appalled.

Very clean and friendly staff making you welcome from the moment you step in the door. The halo has a very relaxed atmosphere.. thoroughly recommend it as it provides a great range of services outwith hair dressing such as nailbar and sun beds ... Thoroughly deserves my 5 ***** rating.
