Wow, it's like a library of kitchen equipment. So many gadgets I didn't know I needed or existed! It is expensive but good quality and never seen a shop like this before

I liked the history of it, and it was nice to wander around and see the designs over the years, read a little of the history and heritage.Lovely and clean everywhere. He is famed for his style, which I would say was minimal, sleek lines. This style is notable throughout the site.It was novel to see the street furniture outside that you never take notice of and don't think about the design until someone points it out. There is a cafe, but it is not a comfy chair type, and like everything here, carries the expected designer price. We didn't use it but it looked nice enough. They have loos, not too big, and it's pretty level, so probably okay for people with minor mobility limits. They do factory tours for a fee, but you need to book ahead.

This place is great. The food and drinks are well prepared and tasty. The service is swift and friendly. It's a little bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Also the displays of David Mellor's work are surprisingly interesting - you may go for the café but you'll probably end up enjoying the displays as well!

The cafe was almost full when it opened. After I got home, I looked it up and found out that the food was recommended, so I definitely want to enjoy it next time.

If you're looking for cutlery or unique kitchen gadgets then this is the place to go. Mostly hand made and finished to a high standard. The items aren't. Particularly cheap but the quality is outstanding. Everything you could ever need to set up your kitchen and dining room with cutlery and accessories. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There id also a lovely coffee shop ,, suitable to meet friends. All wheelchair friendly.

Very friendly in the shop, some beautiful items but way out of our league. Display of the street furniture was interesting.Factory was closed on the day we visited.

This company is absolutely fantastic and gives top drawer customer service, after sales advice and the products are superb! The salt and pepper mills are particularly excellent. If you haven?t visited the wonderful factory and shop, then do so - it is a joy and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Overpriced and lacklustre cakes and a weird tasting hot chocolate, brusque staff, fun decoration
