Calling in today to buy a Atlas, couldn't find any, couldn't find any staff on the shop floor to help either, had to que at the check out to get assistance, shocking customer service when I asked about shop floor staff, was told only had 2 staff in and both on till, and to top it they don't sell Atlas, is it any wonder where losing high Street shops

I went here for foreign currency.They also refund full value if you sell back your currency that is after you inform Customer Care.This is what I did.Only trouble is they said they would contact me for the difference but that was a week ago and I am still waiting for a response !!!!!!!!
