What an absolute waste of time . If I could give zero I would. They are a 3rd party acting as the company who actually called me . They were brilliant and were thinking of leaving them.

Ordered a spin dryer on Wednesday afternoon & it was delivered at 8 a.m Friday morning. Great communication from both White Knight Appliances & the carrier Parcel Force. I would definitely buy from this company again & will be recommending to family & friends.Thank you !

White Knight Appliances came to fix my dishwasher and double wall ovens. He thought it was one thing for the ovens which required him to hire another helper to pull out the ovens but then realized that he was mistaken and he had fixed the wrong thing. So then he determined it was something else and supposedly fixed it but in fact all he actually determined was that the ovens work if you set them to "Convection Bake" but don't work at all on regular bake. He told us to use "Convection Bake" and left us with a $1,009. bill and the ovens still don't work on regular bake function. Dishwasher is fixed though.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a hot plate as a wedding gift which arrived damaged and the sales team could not have been more helpful, arranging a collection of the damaged one and replacement within 24 hours. If I could rate them with 6 stars I would!

I bought the skin dryer in Aug 2021 and the motor burnt out in Sept 2022, which is just outside the 1 year warranty. But the manufacturer of White Knight appliances went bust a few years ago so there are no spare available and the warranty is worthless. Of you want to buy a piece of scrap, be my guest.

Review has been updated to update ANYONE! About my rather short sighted review in the first instance. PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO READ ALL PLEASE.Nothing to do with White Knight appliances AT ALL.COMPANY NO LONGER EXISTS!? Which I had already assumed as the factory was demolished several months ago and we live around 1 mile from site!!HOWEVER!! I contacted them to ask about White Knight dryers in stock! And the detail supplied and help given has resulted in a 1? easily becoming a 5? score! Very well deserved??.

Absolute rubbish appliance's. I purchased a white knight spin dryer for my dad from Amazon and within 6 months it broke and when I tried to get it fixed they wouldn't do anything about it then all of a sudden the spin dryer was removed from Amazon. Something plastic had snapped from inside the spin dryer. Stay well clear of there products they are cheaply made and there after sales is terrible.

Within a few days of contact regarding a broken tumble dryer the new part was delivered and machine now perfect. Cannot praise this company enough for their friendly, efficient and effective service.A big thank you from a very grateful customer.

Bought a tumble dryer in October 2019 and so far the component that enabled the machine to heat up has broken which was repaired. However, less than 4 weeks later the machine now doesn't even start. Engineer came out under the terms of the warranty and ordered a new control panel. This part is currently on order without any timescale. Warranty company says it's still considered out for repair whilst White knight have switched their phones off and are failing to respond to emails that have been sent via their own form on their website. Please consider other companies before using White Knight as the customer service is poor.

I bought a White Knight tumble dryer in the autumn of 1997, from Curry?s, online. Today 22/10/2020 the thermostat has died. This has been a fabulous machine, I would definitely buy this make again. And, I believe it?s British Made.
