Bought a pair of earrings given a price then told they had been put on the wrong shelf so I had to pay the extra money even though quoted a price

The assistant who served me on the day I bought earrings for my daughter was pleasant friendly and professional. Also although the shop was busy she acknowledged you were there and would get to you as soon as possible. Which was refreshing.Had a productive shopping experience.
