Great and helpfull staff always.Just don't understand why Vodaphone a powerhouse has such poor internal software setup.Our 2 hour visit should have been 30 mins at the most.Come on Vodaphone get it together you certainly have the budget for it.Stop cutting corners.

Came into the shop unprepared as my phone broke unexpectedly. Tasmia, a lovely staff member at Halifax Vodafone did a great job at helping upgrade my phone, explained all my options clearly, and worked out the best deal for me. Thanks Tasmia! ?

Not happy with the service in this shop. I felt like I was a nuisance for even being there. The female staff member is rude & arrogant. I tried to ask about my fone/bill etc & was told I needed to ring a specific number, it was all done by text & took so long, my fone died, I didn't get any help. Filled in a survey but no-one got back to me. Will not use them again, when my contract is up I shall be looking elsewhere

My iphone 13 (had for 22 days) froze and then wouldn?t turn back on. I went into the Halifax store on Sunday 11th September and a very rude female sales assistant tried to accuse me of dropping my phone and causing screen damage. I told her that wasn?t the case and that I wouldn?t lie about it and waste my own and other peoples time and she didn?t like it. Her more knowledgeable colleague managed to get the phone working by resetting it. When I asked why it had done that, especially with it being so new, She was still very rude and tried to say that the reset was needed because of the screen! (There is a very very faint surface scratch). Shame as the other staff in there have always been helpful, however I won?t be using the store again.

CON MENcreated my elderly (76) grandmother a random email she cannot and does not know how to access, falsely signed her up to by FORGING a contract she wasn't aware of for 24 months, then denied the whole thing.only requested a PAYG SIM card.disgrace.manager wasted our time, dragging out cancellation process. clearly hoping we would leave before he resolved the issues. ignored all concerns raised.

They are the worst ever company to deal with, certainly moving once my contract is up for renewal. Staff have no problem doing whatever they can but they can't break the rules

Popped in yesterday to change my contract to a Sim only.Walked out with double what i had in terms of GBs etc accross my contract and a much better price.A saving of about £25/month.Excellent service from Jinaide.Thankyou, thankyou.Fully recommended....

Upgraded to the new iPhone 13, 3 days later the phone stopped working with the store assistant telling me I had no data, 2 days later went back to the store to another assistant telling me she didn?t know how to use a iPhone left my iPhone with her to resolve it with opened personal messages she had opened her self. Her assistant approached me while I had my 3 year old daughter speaking unprofessional swearing at me with my sister also a witness to this. I will definitely be involving the police for there unprofessional behaviour.
