The staff are just so rude, uninterested and show their lack of knowledge openly, customer service just doesn't exist. I've been multiple times now to buy expensive items and through sheer frustration I've walked away every time. Also the range should not have items on display and advertise them for sale if they are not available, it's just very poor.
