Dreadful customer service, especially from manager called Ro. They don't provide adequate information unless you have been online before going shopping. Told me the till was closed when I watched them serve someone. Milk spilled in aisle where 4 staff were working. They all ignored the spillage. Store is badly signed, hard to find things. Certain services are only available at certain times but they don't have notices to tell you in store. When I tried to complain the manager was not interested in listening to my complaints, kept smiling in an inappropriate way and then lied by saying that she was no longer going to listen to me as I was swearing at her (completely untrue but I have no way of proving this).
20 years of being a loyal Tesco customer counts for nothing, I will never shop with Tesco again. Lidl and Aldi for me now. Absolutely disgusted with my experience today.

I went into the pharmacy to ask advice on a rather nasty painful swollen elbow. The pharmacist helped me and instantly recognised what he though it could be. He prescribed me some antibiotics which started to work straight away. An infected bursa of some kind.
Anyway, I think his name was Chris. He was very professional, helpful, curteous and well spoken. Definitely recommend to go there if you need advice and don't want to go to A&E and can't get a doctors appointment

The store itself was up to Tesco usual standards, the staff were helpful and friendly?.. except for the rudeness of the person on customer services who was rude, spoke down to me and quite clearly didn?t understand the title ?customer service?!

The supermarket itself has plenty of choice. However, during the week, Mon-Sat Customer Services closes at 8.00pm which is a nuisance.
