Been in a fair few times when it's not busy and still find myself waiting 15 minutes for a sub because the staff would rather finish a conversation with other staff member or busy sorting othere stuff out while a single coustomer is stood waiting I just think being stood there for 5 minutes when being the only coustomer in the shop is a bit poor and what is a 5 minutes process makeing a sub takes 15 this has happened 3 times now this isn't a review based on 1 bad experience

Ordered 3 foot long Margarita slices and eere delivered 3 foot long pieces of bread with no tomato sauce and very little cheese. Had ordered through just eat and they said that there could be no refund as each restaurant is different. What a croc on both accounts.

went in to get a subway after craving it all day, got met with lovely service from a young lad who was clearly new, and then i left. once i had opened the packet, my sub was not cut, so my friend went in. thinking this wouldn't cause any harm to anyone at all, she had asked for it to be cut. the girl on the counter was extremely rude and had said "i've cut it already". she then proceeded to tag her gloves onto her hands and complained to the other staff member saying "ive clearly cut it". this made my friend embarrassed so i went in to make sure she was ok, and got the sub basically rammed into my hand and not even a thank you or a sorry. was met with the most atrocious cut ever.

I placed my order while waiting to break my fast with Vegepatti. A gentleman refused to accept a Scottish note at the counter. This left me with the only choice to walk away and not eat. I think buy law they must accept this.

Lovely staff and food is lovely but when ordering online there isn't any choice really as you can't create your own as you can in store.

Decent food & polite staff today. It narks me a bit that cheese is pre calculated into the cost of a sandwich, but since I don't eat the stuff, I'm still paying for it. You'd think you'd get an tiny extra bit of filling ( eg meat/bacon ) but you don't . When I've messaged Subway about this, they just say 'the count would be off, if they did that'. Well subway, you've been making profit off me for years by me not having your 'counted for cheese'. Don't be such tight wads!Dietary restrictions: If you don't eat cheese, you still pay for it.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access, small step into shop.

I visited on 9th Dec 2023 and the customer service was terrible. A member of staff kept me waiting to pay for about two minutes while my sub was going cold, while he rearranged the cookies. It's unbelievable that staff are not trained to prioritize serving a customer first and do other less time sensitive tasks after when no customers are waiting. I mean really this should be basic common sense and shouldn't need training, but hey, there you go.

The fact , that they are telling you now ,you have to have a certain sauce on your sandwich, or I carnt have jalapeños, as extra ,even if I pay ,amazes ,me ,never used to be like that ,it's gone downhill.

I dont usually write negative reviews but as someone who always goes to subway i respected the fact the staff member was repeatedly calling some help as shd was on her own and it was kind of busy and the subway i ordered was 2 hearty italian with tuna and obviouslg cheese on it toasted the size was much smaller than a 6 inch even then not toasted at all and very very less tuna and salad it was first time i actually couldnt eat it all or my mum it just did not taste good at all, also there was a piece of ham in the tuna tray which she just took of and carried on making it, i have patience usually but i feel like this is not right as full money is taken but this is probably first time i have been served a bad subway here maybe because the staff member was on her own or requires more training or more help when its busy
