Went in 2.45. On 1st sept. The older lady at the cust Serv desk with short blonde hair. Said 2 mins. Finished with her customers who gave her chocs, then she wasted the next 15 mins taking to random staff. Telling me 2 mins. Another staff member dealt with me, then another staff interrupted our room asking to log on. The whole atmosphere was disrespectful and didn?t care at all. Glad I will be closing my mortgage there soon. Get better service at local take aways! Shameful for bank !

New closing times 3pm are not ideal if you have a business or work full time. Very disappointed that I am having to change my bank after having a business account with Santander for 20 years.My new bank is open until 4.30 which is still early but more convenient and they have a night safe to deposit money

Why shut at 3.30, people do work and need to come into banks as some things you carnt do on online banking or over the phone. Not even open long enough on a saturday to nip in after work. Nightmare

I recently booked a telephone appointment for my boyfriend and I to speak to Darren, a mortgage advisor at Santander. However, we never received the call. We had planned our entire Saturday around this appointment so it is very disappointing that it did not occur. After 30 minutes we called Santander several times only for the call to be ended after an automated response. We then called again and listened to 5 minutes of automated responses before being able to select the correct option only for the call to be ended again. This all occurred during the opening hours of the branch.The service has been poor and very disappointing.

Arranged for a mortgage advisor appointment, was assigned Darren. Never rang. Me and my girlfriend were waiting. What a waste of time. Tried calling but their phones are off, telling you to contact them via website. Absolute disgrace.

Have been here on multiple occasions, it has a nice foyer and waiting area. Very well laid out and friendly staff every time we?ve gone in.I don?t personally bank with them, so can?t really thoroughly review their services. The branch is nice.
