I found the inspector curt and very judgemental. Not only did she squeeze the poorly and injured cat into a crate that was far too small, I felt she did not give the poor cat the dignity he so deserved. Sadly he was euthanized. I doubt I would ever contact these people again as they appear to treat everyone and everything the same, with malice and the inspectors address you in a manner similar to what they scrape off their shoes. Terrible experience.

Disgusting service the manager wants sacking. They allow the volunteers to treat you like dirt. Would never go here again. The dogs there are shoved in slum cages barking all day for a walk.

Adopted a few cats from here over the years. Really lovely care and the cats have always been lovely and easy to integrate into an our home. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I had to view all the cats before taking the ones I?d applied for. I could have taken them all

Attended the Kitty Afternoon Tea Party today and it was lovely. Got to meet a few of the cats they are currently caring for during a tour, received an informative talk, had fun games and lovely food.Look forward to attending the next event, thank you to all those that serviced us today. I appreciate most are likely volunteers and they were all excellent!

Don't answer the phone when we call about any cat emergency. It's bad service especially for an animal shelter

Was hard to get through to them. Wanted to call for a dog that was neglected and stray almost getting hit by cars but their emergency number is not really for emergencies.

Had a bad experience ordering from an online pet medications site who sent me expired goods and did not replace. I was surprised to find what I needed for sale with this RSPCA branch and for a good price. You have to register and add your pets details first but, I placed the order, received it after just a few days and it has more than 18 months left on the use by date. Overall, a very positive experience! I would definitely recommend and use them again.
