I've used this pharmacy since it moved here from Illingworth Road many years ago and always found them to be incredibly helpful, both for myself and my elderly mother, who is extremely grateful for their prompt delivery service to her home of her prescriptions.They offer many other services too, which makes things easier for the local community, such as health checks and advice, flu and covid jabs etc.Thankyou to all the team for your wonderful service.

An excellent pharmacy with friendly and helpful staff! Always go above and beyond for my children and my elderly grandma! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the Illingworth and Bradshaw area!

Rude staff I rang up asking if my prescription was ready and she sounded annoyed she had to speak to me and sounded like she was sighing and said it will be ready when you come up and put phone down as quick as she could, really hate this chemist now as they are never friendly.

If u want to be greeted by someone who is unable to offer a simple hello or any form of pleasantries and be treated like you simply walking in the door is an inconvenience, this is the pharmacy for u.

Customer service, non existent. Went in to pick up my wife's prescription. She'd spoke to Dr that morning. Found them on system, then only gave me one item, not four. Mysteriously other 3 wasn't there, but they was 10 minutes earlier. Long story short, after going back to surgery and back to chemist. The prescription had appeared again. Then they decide they haven't got all items. Wouldn't give me ones they had. So I left with prescription, went to boots day after and got all of it.I stopped getting my prescription there years ago. Disorganised, shambolic and one member of staff is just rude, obviously not suited to serving customers. Wouldn't give any stars to be honest

Terrible customer servce, very rude, I called them to see if my perscription was ready, was told I shouldn't ring and that they text people when it arrives, but last time they didn't text me when my persrciption was ready, and what about people who don't have a phone.

You can a leave a prescription for a couple of days before collecting it and it's still not ready and all the staff are miserable

I rang the doctors this morning with a concern about a sore throat worried it might be strep, they said see the pharmacist. After ringing round 5 different chemists with no joy I decided to go to Rowlands.The pharmacist there was absolutely amazing he checked both myself and my daughter. Asked if we had any allergies or asthmatic then immediately went and found suitable medication for both of us. Said it wasn't strep but advised us what to look out for and had a lovely joke with my daughter.I felt so reassured and positive he was so lovely, fun and helpful, and professional as were all the staff. I can't thank them enough and would recommend Rowlands for anyone who needs advice, they are always so helpful and so busy but definitely went the extra mile today x
