Terrible service. I had to constantly chase for updates and any communication. The tone of communications were arrogant and brusque - I seemed to be an inconvenience! Then, after my purchase fell through, they sent me a material bill for what couldn't have been more than 2 hours work in total! AVOID.

Terrible experience. Still waiting for things sorting since house was sold in December. People who?s bought house can?t sort utilities as money still owing. It?s nightmare for new owners. Anne Scott not replying or helping them. Avoid using.

Anne Scott at this establishment is certainly one to be avoided. When my mum was classed as not fit to sign paperwork, this by law (after consultation with the police) has to be verified by à doctor and healthcare worker...she did not follow the protocol, neither noted relevant names.nor kept me updated. Constantly had to phone them. I had an appointement with her, that she presumed i would not keep, as à family member was in hospital. Once again ne contact, I arrived at my alloted time to find SHE had cancelled.....her idea. How unprofessional and disrespecful..Gave 2 stars as the man on réception was polite and its near to à parking area. My advice try another firm
