We decided to eat in the hotel ,what a disgusting place, i chewed on a dirty hair. How they didn?t see that in the food was unbelievable. Then breakfast what a depressing state mass processed junk with an off yogurt to finish . Never again will I eat or stay here.

Our first room we were allocated smelled badly of stale cigarette smoke,not a great first impression. We went down to the reception and asked for another room. This one was much better. The window was open ,which we gave the impression that the same problem as our last room.

Wonderful time at this place, very clean, staff very friendly, food in the beefeater was excellent and quality, staff couldn't do enough for you and very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this place, very central to lots of places nearby.Rooms: Very clean and tidy.Nearby activities: Gym, cinema, places to drink and other things to do.Safety: Very safe.Walkability: Very near to town centre.Food & drinks: Food and drink at beefeater, which is adjacent to the Premier Inn, don't even have to go outside if you don't want to, definitely worth staying in this place, And would definitely recommend staying again loved it.

Very central and easy to walk from carpark to eating to sleeping to shopping to taxi to theatre. Grand spot. Somebody clever designed that location.

23/12The staff welcomed us very warmly. They also gave me a lot of information about the city, which was helpful. The breakfast was comfortable and the room was very spacious for the price. It was a good memory

Location is great and will stay here again. Staff very friendly and breakfast was great also. Halifax is a great stay for a few days break. The piece all is a major attraction.Rooms: The rooms were of a high standard.Walkability: Everything is easy to get too.

Booked this location due to a local event taking place, parking is in a multi story carpark leading to hotel.It?s a grim walk to & from your vehicle.Walked into the foyer to reception chose to purchase a coke from vending machine.Got dispensed Coke Zero.Explained to reception of this, got told to call the number on the machine nothing to do with them.As if Saturday night 6pm someone on theother end of the line is going to take a complaint of wrong coke being dispensed.Premier Inn Halifax are terrible with their customer service skills, why not offer a coke from the restaurant as a way of saying sorry.It?s £2.30 for gods sake!.So bad start before even checking in, checked in very basic room, everything outdated, not even the back light on headboard that?s available in most premier inn sites.Bathroom has mould in between tiles, chair in room stained.Avoid!Rooms: Terrible & outdated

Exactly what you pay for Comfy bed, great staff and very clean. The woman on the desk was amazing, I didn?t catch her name but she there on the evening shift on Friday. My rooms were next to each other and both rooms were great

A lovely weekend stay in Halifax. Check in was easy and the room was quiet and clean. It was great you could help yourself to tea and coffee condiments if you ran out. Friendly reception staff. Convenient location to the centre of Halifax. Would definitely recommend.

The usual standard of a Premier Inn but up a notch. The room was very nice, clean and had air-conditioning. Staff were excellent from check in to check out. The staff on at breakfast were excellent as well. Can't fault the stay. Parking is in a multi storey across the way and is around £12 for overnightRooms: Very good. Very clean, staff are friendly, helpful and the area is pretty quiet. The car park is next door to the hotel. There's a cinema outside the hotel and several restaurants. The hotel is pretty quiet, view from our window was nice. We couldn't hear the general traffic but we could hear the private cars with modifications. We weren't bothered, there wasn't many driving past.Beefeater restaurant food for breakfast and dinner was nice.
