Worst service bought a waste pump with 2 years warranty and pump stopped working after 6 month contacted them for claim they started making excuses did you do this did you do that send us pictures and video as well and this and that. After sending everything at the end final answer sorry can?t do it

Bath arrived with the wrong leg fittings. Not a massive problem but I was amazed they couldn?t send the correct fittings. They insisted my only option was to return the whole bath. Nightmare and will not buy from Plumbworld again

Regarding grey gloss free standing vanity unit and basin. Very disappointed as the unit was damaged. Didn?t get chance to check it was ok as we were going on holiday so didn?t notify within seven days. It was packaged really well so must have been damaged beforehand and not in transit. The drawers wouldn?t open due to bent rail mechanism. Also damage to grey gloss two corners of drawers and the screws were bent and not screwed in properly. Would advise anyone to check their delivery immediately, Will definitely NOT be going to Plumbworld again!

Fantastic service (I spoke with Sam) I ordered the wrong product and Plumbworld were very understanding and prompt dealing with the return. They answer the phone or call back promptly which makes such a difference. I fully recommend them.

Very affordable store with great advice. Plenty to choose from and at very affordable prices. Amjid was very friendly and informative and so helpful. The shower was damaged and had missing parts. The item also had a human hair attached to it, probably refurbed and sent back out. Won?t buy again.

This is an outstanding place for not just All Plumbing items, it has many other building materials too, from plaster boards and finish , Tools , electrical switches and sockets, wall insulation etc..Another bonus is the long opening hours even at the weekend when NOBODY else wants to open late.
