Staff are knowledgeable in each aspect of their understanding of the animals/fish. Always happy to respond to queries and willing to answer any question relating to the wide range of animals.
Well organised and the setup of the shop floor is neat and tidy.
An extremely pleasant atmosphere and shopping experience. All the animals are well looked after.
