Popped in as I had a query on my account. The team couldn't be more helpful and are a credit to O2. I just wish this could be replicated in some of their other stores - my interactions at York and Castleford left a lot to be desired.

The O2 Shop in Halifax is a great place to visit if you're looking for the latest phones or simply want to browse what's new in the world of mobile technology. I've never purchased a phone from here, but I've visited a few times to see what's on offer.The staff are always friendly and approachable, willing to answer any questions you may have. The shop itself is well-organised and tidy, making it easy to find what you're looking for.Overall, it's a great place to visit for all your mobile needs, with a welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff.
