Giving NEXT Halifax five stars as although it's fairly pricey the clothes are decent quality and, as a company, they do what they say they will - deliveries are consistently on time, collection is straight forward, returns are easy, the staff are competent and polite. Maureen, mentioned in other reviews, gave me some sound advice on an outfit for a funeral. Thanks Maureen!

Next is one of my favourite places to shop . What can I say really the choice of quality garments is fantastic. Ive never left here empty handed . The pick up point for online orders is upstairs in the men?s department which mean?s there?s a few stairs too climb , but don?t let that put you off has there a nice lift available to use a few metres form the entrance on your right . If lifts aren?t your thing a member of Next staff will gladly collect your order for you . I have nothing but praise for the Next staff here they?ve always got a smile for you . Very polite and very helpful .
There?s ample parking available, there?s even parent and child spots close to the store . And there?s disabled spots close to the store . So in my eyes it?s an easy place to visit and go shopping.

Came in for a shirt, had low blood sugar whilst in the fitting rooms. Had 2 lovely ladies come to my rescue with sugar water and Haribo (I'm sorry I forget your names). Sat and recovered, staff watched over, and couldn't do enough for me.

I visited to buy a suit for my son. Maureen looked after us helping picking out the rights sizes for jackets/trousers and shirts. She even ironed his new shirt so he could wear it for a jobs fair! Incredible customer service.

Disappointed with my trip here today with my Son. I asked a lady to help me size up his feet (couldn?t read the chart properly) she said ?well all you have to do is read it? I then explained I didn?t have my glasses on and also had a headache so was struggling to concentrate at the numbers. She then went on to sigh and mumble under her breath and then intended to just walk away.Even my 5 year old Son picked up on her attitude and said how rude she was.

Lovely clothing bought my little boy a yellow shirt today, really good quality. Overall a nice shop but some things are a bit expensive.

The store itself is nice and clean but the parking management company who look after the car park and horrible, i was fined £60 for slightly going into the hashing on a parent and child bay due to not having room to get my child or myself out of the car, causing no harm to anyone.That's a lifetime of next transactions from me which have just vanished overnight.So if you are visiting, take extra care.

Went Halifax store at 3pm on 24th December and keeping in mind store doesn't close until 6pm. 80% off the store was closed off as they were preparing for sale. Was no point even staying open for customers. Could barely shop. Staff told us to describe what we were looking for and they would go and look. Absolutely ridiculous! Terrible experience.
