Called in today (29th July) just after 5pm.
On the ground floor I found some footwear that I wanted, but didn?t want to tackle the stairs to look for a matching bag (hip and knee issues). A lovely assistant whose name I unfortunately didn?t get went upstairs for me and came down with the perfect bag to go with my sliders. Thank you for your great customer service.

Don't go if you are physically disabled. You'll be told you can't shop upstairs, as there's no provision to get people like us upstairs.

I came into the store last Tuesday with my wife and 2 kids. We were casually shopping looking for trainers and asked for help. The women by the name of 'Charlotte' was approached by my wife to ask if shoe sizes were in stock. She was Extremely RUDE and RACIST.
When asked for help she was not helpful and said the size wasn't in stock without even checking the stock room. The fact that she is a MANAGER is shocking.
Her body languange was awful and she didn't seem interested in the slightest.
New look should be ASHAMED to employ somebody like her.
My wife asked her to check for sizes and she simply dissapeared and was then seen talking to another CUSTOMER.
ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL. This women is racist and needs to be removed from New look.
She is clearly racist, abusive and has 0% customer service skills.
I will be following this up with a complaint to the HR department.

I'm writing this in disgust, I've rang up today at 15.15pm and spoke to Damien, I've been to your shopping centre in December and tried getting a ticket for parking, I had issues and I approached the window spoke to your staff who said this time just leave it, we not charge you yet I've had 2 threatning letters from a cowboy company parkmaven , I'm 71 year old and been harassed by them, your staff told me not to pay this time , today Damien at woolshops was off handed shouting over me and said he's too busy to stay on the phone, how I've been treat visiting your shops is disgusting and I will be putting this on social media and leaving reviews warning others, Damien said he get the fine cancelled but I wint hold my breath, disgusting customer experience from you all
