Shocking food standard. Order wrong. Chicken cold. Salad had dirty end of lettuce in it. No cheese for chicken burger. No wraps. Also desert was wrong item.

Had a lovely meal after watching our film. All the staff were so friendly and of course the food was good. Extra shout out to the blonde lady in the patterned shirt, I believe perhaps the manager. Lovely lady and was chatting to us and made us feel really welcome

It's very reasonable, and we Japanese people are happy with the standard QR code system. The chicken flavor was very good, and the onion accent was effective. It's spacious and you can drink cider, which is nice. I sometimes stay at the hotel in front of it, so I'll come again.

We were sat on a table in the main thoroughfare for the toilets. We shuffled the table over a little but my friend was constantly getting barged past. The food felt overpriced for the portion that was served.
Refillable drinks should be banned. £3.50 for half a pint of coke zero doesn't seem fair.
