Sick of getting home only to find the order is wrong

I went on the McDonald's app to be delivered to my home, half of my order was missing?. I rang the store at salterheble, I explained to the gentleman on the other end of the phone about this he just said blame the delivery driver, why would I blame the driver the staff got my order wrong, he then said to me make your way down and we can deal with the problem,..... what is the point in having a McDonald's order and delivery app if the staff cannot get your order correctly.

Ordered online, arrived 10 mins later and they hadn't even started to prep it. Shouldn't have bothered.

Dirty and untidy. Trays littering tables. No napkins. Bins overfilling.
Customers clearing own tables.
2 customers sent food back die to missing items in short period I was there.
Tablets missing and not working.
Ordered double McPlant, patties looked as if they had been cooked in different batch.
Disappointed.

How can you possibly get served cold chips with a moderately warm burger in such a busy restaurant? Surely food gets served as soon as it's ready - clearly not! Unbelievably poor food this time, maybe food is cooked quicker than it can be served hence it's sitting around getting cold,

Shocking service, I used the drive through and was told to wait in bay 1. I was given my drinks but had to wait 28 mins before I went back to the window to ask where my food was only to be told the other staff had finish there shift, and to show the receipt I never got given.. after 45 mins of asking them to check there cameras I ended up ordering again!!!!

Standard McDonalds arrangement.
Had a cheeseburger which was flat, dry and generally not very good.
Fries and coke were as one might expect.
Building is warm, clean and toilets in good order.
Can't really complain.

William at Salterhebble McDonalds Halifax needs a pay rise. Whenever I go in there, he is by far and a way the friendliest member of staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is a credit to the company and deserves recognition for his superb work ethic, friendly demeanour and all round top notch attitude! Keep up the good work William! You are smashing it pal! ??
