I had some flowers delivered from my son for Mothers Day as he lives away. They were disgraceful. He paid £45.00 for them via Interflora and they werent worth a fiver. A miserable selection of what looked like garden flowers, no roses, carnations or anything that looked good. I would not recemmend this shop to anybody try M & S.

Had a delivery on mother's day, the delivery driver was rude, and some of the flowers were missing there heads, and lots damaged. I emailed the shop, sent pictures of the flowers, but have not received a reply.

I surprised my girlfriend with a stunning bouquet of flowers for Valentine's Day, and she was left speechless by the beautiful arrangement. She never expected me to pull it off on my own, but thanks to the assistance of Mary's Florist, everything came together perfectly. From placing the order to the delivery, the process was seamless and well worth it. A shout out to AJ and his team for their help and for creating such an amazing arrangement.

I called and placed an order from Mary's florist for my husband he was overly joyed to see the 12 red rose bouquet it came in a nice box Wen I saw the the photo of the flowers and it was amazing I was glad I ordered from Mary's florist it's a 1 stop shop from chocolates teddy bear cards and much more they have a wide range of flowers. Can't wait to order from them again

Dissatisfied, my daughter received a bunch of flowers on Friday by Mon they were wilting the roses had bent heads and the rest of the flowers were shrivelled, I can't post pics as I had no phone with me ,I'll see if my daughter hasn't thrown them away will ask her to send me and attach.

Very disappointing. Ordered flowers for mother-in-law before a hospital visit. She used to work for Mary's flowers for many years which we mentioned when we ordered. Small bunch was £45 including delivery a mile away on a Friday. Many flowers dead by Monday. Mother-in-law left in tears when she complained and was told the only way to complain was by e-mail which she doesn't use. Once I'd visited and got pics I e-mailed. After 3 days I phoned to ask how long it'd take to get a response. I was told mother-in-law hadn't complained until they were a week old! I've had no response since then. Seems their "5 day guarantee" is worthless.

Terrible flowers delivered on Valentine?s Day. Box damaged, no water in reservoir and flowers were wilted and old. Had a response from owner saying boxes can be damaged in transit. How does that explain the dried out dishevelled flowers that arrived? These flowers have been out of water for a long period of time. I also called to speak to the owner when we first received the order. He wouldn?t come to the phone but when he did once he realised I ordered via Interflora he put the phone down on me.

The flowers were beautiful and I loved it. Very friendly people and they customise the flowers to my needs. I would definitely recommend Mary's florist.

Nice arrangement of flowers, but small and very expensive for what you got. Have got better and bigger elsewhere for much less. £10.00 for local delivery is excessive.

Absolutely beautiful bouquet came to day, unexpectedly. The gentleman that delivered them was fantastic!! I wasn't in but spoke to him through my ring doorbell, he placed them safely in a tub outside and made sure they were hiding until I gjt home. Thank you so much

Ordered a Christmas bouquet. It contained a golden fir cone and dull looking flowers. Will never use again
