Bank staff are very bad, do not answer customers' questions, when customers need help they use the excuse of being busy while they are doing nothing, I will withdraw money from the bank and not use this bank again.

staff helpful but apparently unable have my bank statements printed out and asked to join a further queue where only 3 would be available, wife went to ask for the same at nationwide across the rd and came back with statements for 12 months,i feel customer service is far from what it should be at lloyds these days, beautiful building but all show and no substance!

One of the ladies working in this bank helped me out of a really tricky situation today, she was so kind and patient and has taken such a weight off of my shoulders. Didn't get her name unfortunately but I'm incredibly thankful not just to her but for all the kind staff working at this bank. Thank you.

I am a pensioner and not very mobile. I needed to withdraw a large amount of cash. The cashier was so helpful that she managed to seamlessly protect my fraud status with genuine care of the elderly skills that took customer care to a new level. I did not get the ladies name but it was the Halifax commercial street branch on Sat 9 th April. You know who you are and Lloyds should recognise your service skills. THANK YOU.

My go-to branch for banking!It has really nice historic architecture, with lots of friendly banking staff who genuinely feel like they want to help.It?s very well laid out, and has everything spaced out for good privacy and general ambience.I have always had a great experience personally as well as family at this branch. Even with my worst experience here, I?ve had senior banking staff reach out to me to sort out any issues.I love their banking app and services. Cannot recommend them enough!
