“3 days agoNEWThis kitchen company is very rare - their service is excellent & they do what they promise -, both of which are rare attributes in this busy world and especially so in the pre-Xmas period. Our Neff built-in coffee machine died, a week before Christmas. We scoured the country for a replacement model to match our stack of 3 Neff appliances. No one could/or wanted to help - only Matt @TolleKitchens stepped up to the plate. Bearing in mind that this wasn’t a complete kitchen that I was buying but just an appliance, I was delighted by their service and price in equal measure.. I sent the serial no of the deceased machine across to Matt who came back with a matching product! It helped that Tolle is a Master Neff supplier as this gave me confidence that they were the best. And this was cemented further by Martin, their polite and professional kitchen fitter, who delivered and fitted the new coffee machine 2 days later - on a Saturday!. Simply put, we could not have asked for more and I would highly recommend Tolle Kitchens.”

We could tell they had years of expertise and experience in consulting, design and installation for both kitchens, interiors, build, renewable energy and low carbon heating. A gem in a small Yorkshire town and we noticed they are businesses that cover the whole of the uk.They helped us complete our dream home by refurbishing everything including kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and furnishings and they installed an innovative heating and insulation system that they have been developing. “We wanted to write a little about our experience of and with Palmer and Palmer of Halifax - not least to inform future perspective customers!We decided on a new kitchen, as many people do when catering for a good number of people during Christmas. Having a very brief and somewhat basic idea of what we wanted we spent an inordinate amount of time researching various organisations and their kitchens. Whilst the cheaper end of the market appeared to offer good value but poor quality the more expensive end offered the same quality at double the price – An absolute minefield!!Quite by accident, really we found Palmer and Palmer at Hipperholme in Halifax – from meeting Ewan and the Team we felt instantly confident that we had ‘chosen’ well and from day one felt extremely satisfied in both the product and the company. Palmer and Palmer are essentially a real family firm with traditional good customer service - there was no hard sales pressure, just sound appropriate advice and superb design support to meet our needs.From concept to completion Ewan, David and the Team at Palmer and Palmer could not have been more helpful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble.Aside form the purchase of property buying a kitchen is a large purchase and to be fair we were very demanding and wanted the best we could afford - Palmer and Palmer delivered on every front!
