6 Weeks to get dads new meds. They say that they didn't receive the prescription from the Docs on the 14th July. After my call to the Docs 27th July it was reordered. Heart nurse phoned them on 9th Aug, "this week" they told her. 2 weeks later I turned up at the pharmacy, 24th Aug, they handed it to me. I asked "how long have you had it", "why has it not been delivered". The reply was along the lines of 'Hommer Simpson's' "Doh". This is after them repeatably not getting his bandages on time, or saying that they didn't receive the order. We have now moved to Heath, after recommendations from nurses. It may be a shiny new shop but I have witnessed the chaos of boxes behind the counter. I have only learnt today that you are allowed to nominate your own pharmacy. If you are unhappy I recommend you do this. Rubbish!!

why you don't close at 3 pm ???????? 7.30 pm in the sumer i will tell my gp to send my medicine at Tesco pharmacy closing 7 pm Friday in the summer time

Excellent service ! My local pharmacy didn?t have the product , King Cross Pharmacy went above and beyond to obtain it. Lovely polite happy to help.

Not good, I'd say its standards have dropped significantly and I've decided to have future prescriptions sent to an alternative pharmacy after more than 20 years as a customer.

Once again didn't have the antibiotics that the doctor had prescribed told you'll have to go somewhere else for it even though she could see I wasn't well VERY rude NO people skills absolutely no clue about customer service .. she needs to be learnt that manners are free and should use them when talking to customers ..Will be going elsewhere for my medication from now on shame because it used to be a good chemist with friendly staff but standards have clearly dropped if I could of given half a star I would of

Brilliant service,all the staff are very friendly and helpful,nothing is to much trouble for them and so very very polite,(disrespect) is ignorance what should be taken else where,us the customers who need these careing AngelsShould respect what we have before it?s to late,Armer rocks.

Could not believe that every member of staff was NOT wearing a mask. Are they not aware of customers that are ill picking up prescriptions. STOP THE SPREAD.
