Always over the many years the staff at KFC haley Hill, Halifax are nice and polite. Last few times and today at the driveway the same young man at the counter was very rude and arrogant. Absolutely no manners and always rude in his response. Today he rammed all the food in a bag that tore as soon as he passed it across. He knew what had happened but closed the window and pretended to ignore me. I'm a senior citizen and i dont deserve this. Had to put the food in a plastic shopping bag. Absolutely no need for his behaviour and such a shame on the rest of the staff. Clearly he needs retraining or sack him. It reflects badly on the rest of the staff who are so nice and welcoming.

I usually order from here and have been doing so for around 2 years. Staff have been great but I got a zinger burger box meal on Sunday which gave me food poisoning and has made me violently ill. Won't be ordering from here again as I can't trust it.
