Went in looking for Nike Socks, size 2 to 5 on 17th Dec. None in store. Young lady on the til (Abi) went out of her way to search through all on shop floor for me, then resorted to ordering on computer, and ended up buying for my new grandson too. Excellent service and Abi was a credit to your shop x

Rude staff. I'm 62 and they were arrogant towards me. There are many other sportswear outlets, we , I mean over 60's won't tolerate hormonal female staff.

Came into store today for a pair of campuses, not my usual store however was in the area. Was stood around the shoes and was greeted by the lady with red hair. She was very friendly and answered all my questions and helped me figure out which shoe was best. One of the nicest customer service experiences I?ve ever encountered. The blonde lady on till who served me was also very nice and welcoming.

Visted the store today with my daughter to look for some trainers we stayed approximately 30 seconds and had to come out. The music was so loud completely unnecessary. My daughter is autistic and could not cope with the level of noise. Managers you really need to look at this.
