Holland and Barrett always delivers excellent service and a wide range of high-quality products. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every time I visit!
I love their variety of supplements and natural foods. Highly recommend for all wellness needs!

I called into the shop for a specific product but it was not stocked at this store. However I was directed to another health food shop on the town. Excellent customer service and not afraid to recommend a rival.Yet another example of the benefits of visiting the High Street as opposed to the faceless on-line shopping.

Went today to get a refund on some iron tablets that made me feel unwell I told the lady at the counter and she was very sorry about it, gave me a refund and reported my symptoms she was absolutely brilliant and very kind. The staff have always been lovely here and I've bought plenty of products off them before which have been great.

I am very surprised that this company as a rating of 3.7 minus 3.7 would be more like it. I tried to place an order on line was told if I spend over £60 I would get free next day delivery, wrong. The delivery was to the Halifax shop not my home address. Not being a driver delivery to Halifax was no good to me. I rang to complain after 15 minutes of on hold rubbish music I was told I would have to wait until the delivery arrived in Halifax then ring again and within 72 hours a refund would be made. What a rubbish company if Holland & Barratt said it was dark outside at midnight I would after look just to make sure. Definitely not recommended.

I only recently started going in here and I would definitely reccomend if you're needing any vitamins or CBD. The prices are better than I expected and the staff are extremely helpful and kind

Expensive, but has a large selection of health related products - but I guess that's a brand review ?. The staff are polite and could not be more helpful.
