Probably in the best condition I have ever played it in. The greens slick the fairways like a quality Wilton carpet the rough tough but equally ok to find a misplaced shot. Club house could do with a bit of brass spending on it however absolutely loved it

Interesting layout. Not just a course to pull out the driver, with multiple fairways split by water hazards and gullies. Requires some good course management. It would be a real challenge in windy conditions. If you are thinking of visiting, make contact and enquire about the condition of the greens, these were some of the worst greens I have played on. Patchy, slow, not cut well and not sure when they last saw an iron. Was very disappointed

Old guy that lives aboth the function room is a morngy old guy moans about dog walkers on public paths thinks owns paths he only owns course not public paths

IMO poor choice of drinks (ale). Buffet served tasty. Very cold in room used for function.

Might aswell get a membership instead of paying a visitor fee as a junior I would normally pay 42£ membership but if I were an occasional golfer I?d be paying hundreds of pounds for 10 or 11 rounds
