For anything saying the staff are so slow, it isn't their fault, it is the UBER orders that hold everything up. They do their absolute best and Julie is the bomb so quit moaning. Best Greggs in Fax. Love the Belgian buns and a cuppa tea. Love from Asda.

The staff are so slow, and it?s like they don?t even care if someone is waiting for them. It?s incredibly frustrating, especially when you?re in a rush to get to work. I was stood there for 20 minutes this morning just waiting to be served. Some people in the queue even gave up and left because the wait was so long.
That being said, the food is really nice, which makes it even more frustrating that the service is so poorly managed. They really need to sort out their staffing during peak hours. Management needs to do better.

Been eating here for years. I normally get a bacon bap with an extra rash of bacon. I?ve noticed over the last year more times than not, the bacon always seems over cooked. I don?t find this at other Greggs shops. Don?t like complaining all the time. I may have to use the 2 other Greggs shops in town!

Scaled Down Greggs, fits inside a Petrol Station, sells everything though, quick in and out, park out the front without issue

This is always a busy Gregg's expect to wait at peak times. They used to be on the click and collect which was really useful but that seems to have been removed from the app. I get it helps those going in store but if the click and collect was managed better it would support staff in store to keep queues down.Hot food is usually decently warm from here. Gets very limited towards the end of the day considering it opens till 6pm.When they did have click and collect you did have to make sure your order was right at busy times and if ordering alot as there was either missing or incorrect items which Gregg's resolve on the app which is pretty quick usually.
